Due to the nature of our products, hygiene considerations, and customization processes, please carefully review our Refund & Return Policy before making a purchase.
Customized & Made-to-Order Products
Most products offered by Sai Hair & Wig Makers are customized according to individual customer preferences, measurements, specifications, colors, densities, lengths, and styling requirements.
As these products are specially manufactured and personalized for each customer, customized, tailor-made, and made-to-order products are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable once production has commenced or the order has been delivered.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, specifications, and requirements before order confirmation.
Human Hair Wigs & Hair Products
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs, hair extensions, hair patches, hair systems, toppers, or related hair products that have been worn, used, altered, styled, washed, cut, colored, damaged, or tampered with after delivery.
For the protection of all customers, returned products must remain unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all packaging intact.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or significantly different from the item ordered, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing clear photographs and supporting information.
Upon review and verification, Sai Hair & Wig Makers may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement, repair, store credit, or other suitable resolution.
Claims submitted after the specified reporting period may not be eligible for review.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before production, customization, or processing has begun.
Once a custom order enters production, manufacturing, customization, procurement, or quality control stages, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
Any approved cancellation may be subject to administrative, consultation, design, sourcing, payment gateway, or processing charges where applicable.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment transactions.
- Payment processing errors.
- Orders that cannot be fulfilled by Sai Hair & Wig Makers.
- Verified cases where a replacement or correction cannot reasonably resolve the issue.
Refund approval remains solely at the discretion of Sai Hair & Wig Makers after reviewing the circumstances of the request.
Refund Processing

Non-Refundable Situations

- Incorrect color, density, length, or styling preferences selected by the customer.
- Products showing signs of use, wear, washing, cutting, coloring, alteration, or damage.
- Minor variations in color, texture, density, length, or appearance resulting from photography, screen settings, lighting conditions, or the natural characteristics of human hair.
- Delays caused by courier companies, customs authorities, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Exchange Policy
Exchange requests may only be considered for unused products that remain in their original condition and packaging, subject to inspection and approval by our team.
Customized, personalized, altered, or made-to-order products are generally not eligible for exchange unless a manufacturing defect is verified.
Quality Assurance
Every product undergoes careful inspection and quality checks before dispatch to ensure that customers receive products that meet our quality standards.
We encourage customers to inspect their orders immediately upon delivery and report any concerns promptly.
